Return Policy
- All returns are subject to a 30-day return period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date on account of usage, physical ware, missing accessories etc where fees may apply
- Restocking fees may apply. Fees can be up to 10% of the item’s price or a minimum of $50.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label when shipping back items with proof of purchase and recieving.
- However, for walk-in returns, no return label cost will be incurred.
Store Guarantee & Warranty
We offer a 14-day store guarantee on our products. Some products may also come with an extended warranty of up to 1 year. This varles based on the specific product.
- Our warranty does not cover: Overusage or commercial usage.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Damage caused due to negligence or mishandling.
Repairs
We strive to offer same-day repairs, but under certain circumstances, repair times can extend up to 14 days.
- While we provide estimated costs for repairs, the final price may change based on the necessity of retrieving other parts not identified at the time of the initial appraisal.
